Contact our customer service by e-mail: strictlybiblical@yahoo.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice. Please note that if you return merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code, you will not receive a refund or replacement. Merchandise must be repackaged in its original packaging material and our original invoice; your order number must be included within the packaging to expedite the process. Merchandise must contain at least 70% full to be eligible for a refund. We suggest you ship your return prepaid by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United Parcel Post (UPS) or United State Postal Services (USPS) to the address provided at the time you receive your RMA code. You may return merchandise absolute within 30 days of the date of purchase for exchange or credit, if you are not completely satisfied with our product.


All returns must have a RMA code to be accepted for return. We are not responsible for incorrect address information provided to us for shipping, or non-availability to receive merchandise that customer has ordered.
